The S.T.O.R.M. listing has been updated with 6 more members. Also, the e-mail addresses have been removed from public view. Although spam has not been a problem, it’s probably a good precaution, however an e-mail address is still requested on the sign-up form as all e-mail addresses are safely archived and never given to anyone, but are good for verifying an actual person is signing up.Ororo’s journal will soon experience some updates, as will the biography page. For now the “Ask” page is being dismantled for revisions and will return eventually. The blog links have been adjusted so it is now possible to post comments to news posts.

X-Men 4? It’s been announced that it’s in the works, but there are some problems with cast members who have completed their three-movie deal contemplating not returning. So far there have been no announcements about which of the actors holding up the casting and hiring. For more details, albeit very small details, visit here.

The last poll tallied 334 votes. 80% said they would not take the cure, 17% said “It Depends”, and 3% said they would definitely take the cure. The new poll, finally, is up.

Are you curious about this mutant in the X-Men movie called “Leech?” If so, I can point you to an old site that I have not updated in a few years but is still up and running and can offer you information about Leech and what he can and cannot do. So, feel free to visit my site Parasitic Auras (opens in a new window) to see about Leech and an unintroduced mutant in the movieverse, Synch.

For those who are unaware, the relationship between Leech and Storm is that Leech was a Morlock and Storm, after defeating Callisto, became leader of the Morlocks.

Here is a review of X3 for Storm fans (scribbled by Yours Truly — hardly eloquent). Be warned this one time that there are major spoilers included throughout the entire review. Feel free to give your own review, rebut mine, or nod silently in approval. :)

Quotes
Beast: They’re calling it a cure.
Storm: Well that’s ridiculous. You can’t cure being a mutant.
Beast: Well, scientifically speaking–
Storm: Since when did we become a disease? How can anybody in their right mind–

Rogue: Is it true? They can cure us?
Professor Xavier: Yes Rogue, it seems to be true–
Storm: No! They can’t cure us. And you want to know why? Because there’s nothing to cure. Nothing’s wrong with you–or any of us for that matter. Understand?
